I wanted to send you an e-mail to let you know that one of your employees, Bob, the day porter at the Scranton Enterprise Center, went above and beyond last Friday. 

Our newest tenant, Reilly Associates, was setting up for their ribbon cutting event when they noticed that someone had opened and sprayed a beverage all over the wall on the third floor.  Bob was in the area, and when asked by a Reilly Associate employee if cleaning it up was something he did, Bob responded yes, and immediately tended to it.

Bob could have just said no, he could have not shown ownership, but instead, he was enthusiastic in his response and effort.  Reilly Associates was very pleased and so am I.   This represents DustBusters and SLIBCO well.  Thank you.
